      Your Head Coach

      I’m Sadija A. Smiley, nonprofit advancement strategist, founder and CEO of Stillborn And Infant Loss Support, and a 20+ year veteran of the nonprofit sector.

      I’ve worked across management and direct service, building programs, leading teams, securing funding, and navigating the realities most founders are never prepared for. My experience spans workforce development, housing and homelessness services, case management, data systems, staff training, program evaluation, fundraising, strategic planning, and quality control. I bring a head for business and a heart for mission. More importantly, I bring clarity. I help founders cut through the noise, focus on what actually matters, and lead their organizations with confidence and integrity.

      I’m deeply passionate about equipping aspiring, emerging, and established nonprofit leaders with the tools they need to build strong foundations and sustainable futures. This work isn’t theoretical for me. I’ve lived it, built it, and continue to lead in it every day.
